I have noticed graduates have vastly poorer clinical skills my wife is an audiologist closer to retirement than not.. she is noticing similar.. and yet while the norm when she started was a masters... it is now a doctorate.. Toronto still seems to be crying for family docs yet there are walk in clinics open now in abundance...
