TORONTO, Dec. 2 /CNW-PRN/ - Warp 10 Technologies Inc.
(NASDAQ:WARPF; CDN: WARP)

At the request of the Canadian Dealers' Network, Warp 10
Technologies Inc. today announced that it is not aware of any material
corporate event, that would have caused the increased share volume in
its trading on the Canadian Dealing Network; Warp 10 Technologies
Inc., however continues to work on a number of projects and products
and has attended several technology events in the last year as mentioned
in its previous press releases.

Among these, Warp 10 Technologies Inc. will be launching a new
technology product that will provide customized solutions for companies
wishing to properly manage their multimedia assets. Planned for Beta
testing in early January, the Digital Media Manager tool kit is to be sold
through integrators' and value added resellers. The product is targeted to
such sectors as entertainment and broadcasting, advertising, education,
graphics, printing, and other industries where multimedia images (stills,
video, graphics and illustrations) represent an important part of their
business.
