I voted on the proxy questions, and I voted against dilution and I voted against adjourning the meeting to find more votes to pass the dilution scheme. I find it hard to believe that with more than 60% of the shares owned by institutions that any dilution would pass or allow the meeting to be adjourned. IMHO, the company won't need the money after the Eagle Ford sale.
