PS we may have a chance now to crush the Republcian party and we should do so. The country could do well with 20 years of liberal democratic control (like in the 30's and 40's) of both houses and the presidency. We liberals know what to do, we just need the power and support of the people. Reestablish strong unions, including agricultrual unions via Ceaser Chaves. Redistribute the wealth with high taxes on the rich and corporations. Estate taxes. Rasie captial gains taxes and minimum taxes on corporations. Force the rich and corporations to pay taxes on overseas wealth. Mitigate that crazy supreme court. Strengthen the UN. Categorical low cost education including free head start programs for all kids including meals. REscue the ghettos folks. Cut defense by 75% and use part of that money for internet control and technological control. Universal health care with a single payer. Build a new infrastructure and power grids. Help everyone live happy and healthy lives and kill fucking Horatio Alger who was always a fascist pig. Work on mitigating global warming and worldwide pollution. Only the liberals know how to do this stuff and the Hagels Obama likes do not understand any of this.
