All,

I attended the meeting with my wife, met several folks from SI & Prodigy. There were 129 people in attendance from Brad's count. Thank you Brad for putting this together.

Frank was not at the meeting, as Colin said, this was a DCI meeting. I am holding my shares, based on the presentation and sincere effort of the DCI staff. IMHO the combination of FTEL/DCI will lead to a great future for both companies and FNET will do well. I will leave it to others to post their own opinions.
