Talk about "bottom feeders" .... This suit has not even been filed (approved) It is only an announcement to INVESTIGATE. Coupled with the reality that the "injured" (Stockholders) in a class action, rarely see a dollar back because if any settlement does come in - first paid are the Attorneys and their bills. Get it? Again - IMHO - this is a total waste of time. A distraction and an insult to medical research!! If no Investors sign up - they will have to go away.
