Thomas...co-pay is the amount the subscriber pays toward a doctor visit, or a prescription. With my plan, the cop-pays are as follows:

In 1978, beyond my prime, overweight, and having only put on skiis
twice, I met my son in Geneva, and proceeded to Zermatt to ski the base of the mighty Matterhorn. Never having used a T-bar added to the challenge.
Well, I supplied a lot of laughs to everyone, but had a great week. The Alps are the most spectacular sight from an airplane.
Wish I could supply some laughs now, but alas, along with owning OXHP, I also own COMS.
