EVERYONE should be paying federal income taxes, even a small piece .....and that should include "the poor" as well. EVERYONE uses the Federal Roads, and all the other services the Government does with OUR money.....In other words, the people who use the various funds the Gov hands out, should pay taxes on those funds. The only exception to that would be if the citizens themselves contributed money to the system for their entire working lives, and then receive payment back on a monthly basis. (i.e. SS)
