Ted, taxes aren't going to be very friendly for millionaires here in California after the "fiscal cliff." They'll likely pay a combined top rate of 52%.

Yet unemployment here in California just dipped below 10% for the first time. Real estate is climbing, and the general sense is that, at least here in the Bay Area, the economy is picking up.

Still a crazy libtard state, primarily in Sacramento, but this golden goose has a lot of resilience. Not so sure about the rural areas, though. They continue to get screwed over, except for Napa, Sonoma, and Marin.
