Longnshort,
the best was a guy who said I gonna be a radiologist where all i do all day is look at pictures and get 300k a year and the nurses get cancer forn the xray machine
At least two of my friends from college are now radiologists. I think they make close to $300K/year. Not too shabby for looking at X-rays all day.

Of course, they never bragged about how much money they make or what kind of cars they drive. Plus they never even joked about the nurses getting cancer from the x-ray machines, nor did they ever brag about how many lives they saved. They're just low-key guys like anyone else.

On the other hand, I do remember flying to Europe with some other college friends, two of whom were also doctors. I heard a "thunk" behind me and noticed that this British guy collapsed just in front of the bathroom doors. Fortunately, my doctor friends were right there. They took care of him, got his BP and other vitals, and basically made sure he was all right. The flight attendants were very thankful and offered them a free Bloody Mary or some other drink, which they declined.

I did feel slightly jealous over that, thinking that as an engineer, all I could do on a long flight is maybe fix someone's iPad ...
