I believe I've figured out a way to significantly reduce violent crime across America. Use the voting database as a key. 1. Identify the bluest of blue areas in America that voted for Obama and isolate the areas with police and military roadblocks, along with the strongest gun control laws. Since Obama voting districts represent the most violent areas of America with the highest levels of crime, Americans will be safer. 2. Identify the next slightly lighter shade of blue Obama voting districts, and provide the strongest police presence possible, with strong gun control laws. The rest of America that refused to vote for Obama can purchase any weapon they choose since these areas represent the highest per capita level of law abiding citizens. Voila'!
