Unfortunately he cannot recognize that he uses flawed logic. He relies on cliche, rhetoric and the art of comparing apples to gorillas. No, not at all. Implementing communism would certainly destroy our Constitutionally protect rights, but there are many ways to violate our Constitutionally protected rights without being communistic. If you don't understand the logic that is being used here, let me know and I'll help you out. I've noticed that you use this kind of faulty logic frequently. It would help your arguments quite a bit if you avoided this flawed thought process in the future.
