Even Obama in his speach pointed out deficiencies in mental health. Where is that in that article. Are you calling Obama a nut for calling out mental health in his speach? We have psychiatrists giving out mind altering psychotropic drugs to kids and young adults like candy which cause manias, paranoia and hallucinatioins, and they have no idea what dosages or drugs to give so they just make it up, and guess on the fly and hope for the best.
