First of all who said Eutro is going to file a lawsuit?

Second of all we do not know if the entire 50 Million is in the float.

All Eutro is doing at present is requesting the shares to buy back and giving them a 30 day window through there Attorney who apparently supports the contracts.

There is quite a bit of buying on this stock as we all have witnessed over the last few weeks someone is buying it.

Eutro has implemented the contract and is willing to buy back the shares isn't that what everyone wanted to hear?

Also I do not know how much of the 50 Million leaked into the float and also do not know how much is in certificate form what I do know is that Eutro is requesting to buy back the shares.

From what I understand the Companies have never stated they were not going to comply it seems like the very few and I mean few negative posts imply all the worse scenarios. My post did not state that all 50 Million shares are in the float?

Eutro decides to buy back the shares and now all the experts come on like they are psychics and can predict the future.

From my understanding Eutro's initial letters to the four companies were meant to put them on notice to be prepared for them buying back the shares when they heard of some leaking out they immediately reacted to make it official with there Attorney to implement the contract that's all there is to it.
