An excellent response, and you beat me to it by a few minutes. I agree 100% with what you say.
The announcement of the retaining of Fred Frank is major league news to people in Wall Street, that are familiar with his expertise, and his reputation as one the "Rainmakers" in our business.
CCSI has NO snags, exactly the opposite. With the magnitude of this deal, it is imperative that no stone be left unturned. Because of Mr. Frank's expertise, he has the opportunity of leading CCSI into doors, that perhaps CCSI couldn't go themselves. His experience in negotiations is paramount in this agreement. If you were to have a surgical procedure, it would probably be best to go to a surgeon who did surgery every day, and knew all of the in's and outs of every procedure. Mr. Frank does this every day, he is one of the industry's leading experts.
Some people have speculated that he was brought in to help sell the copmpany, because CCSI on its own was unable to get a good deal on their own. 100% WRONG!!!!! . Surely a sale would mean a short term profit, but it would be a disaster for the opportunity to hit the home run that I have been looking for over 22 months.
The maximum risk in CCSI was pre FDA approval. At that point we could have been wiped out. Now the risk is not owning it before the deal, because the stock will be a multiple of this price the afternoon after they announce the deal. The chance of NO deal is 0%, I repeat 0%.
Those of you that know me, know my DD on this stock. Pay close attention to these words. Close attention.
