Form 144s filed with the SEC during Sept 97 - 1.03 million shares @ an average of $32.53 Oct 97 - 2.2 millions shares @ an average price of $26.13 This involves lot of $$$ - standard excuses of buying a house, kids' tuition, etc. does not hold. Insiders dumped large quantities while making comments about matching expectations 34 out of 35 quarters (obviously hinting that they will not miss earnings by a huge difference). The only +ve point I see is a BV of $7.69. There might be a dead cat bounce but this is one stock that I will not advise (BWDIK) anyone to put a lot of money on. There will be lot of margin calls and people will be forced to sell. It is better to look elsewhere for better deals. Best of luck with your investment. Rajiv
