Bert: Check out reply 324 from John Cullen, the NDB Internet
Rep. I think several on the thread have been confused about
the rate for stocks trading under $1.00. According to John on
this reply, there is a flat rate for "penny stocks", any number of
shares at any price still qualifies for the flat rate.. I also remember reading a post sometime back from Jim Bender (maybe on another thread), that he only pays one flat rate for stocks under $1.00, no matter the number of shares. From the standpoint of #shares traded vs the price per trade, NDB looks the best of any by far!! Anyone with better info, please correct me if I'm wrong.
MTRNES, you have our votes, based on this info.

Bill

PS: Our NDB account applications (printed from the NDB web
site), are sitting here awaiting the final vote from the MTRNES
poll, before they are mailed.
