Correction to Friday, 12/21/12, Contest update: Just discovered, that for mysterious reasons, the Yahoo download on Friday afternoon of the Nasdaq Biotech Index and Nasdaq Composite Index gave the Thursday, 12/20/12 data, which my spreadsheet picked up as being for Friday, 12/21/12. However, the portfolio stock prices, YTD portfolio performance & rankings and week’s biggest gainers & losers appear to accurately reflect the Friday, 12/21/12, closing prices.
Here’s the correct data for the Nasdaq Biotech Index & Nasdaq Composite Index:
At the Friday, 12/21/12, close, the Nasdaq Biotech Index was up 32.86% YTD (vs. up 32.83% YTD a week ago), while the Nasdaq Composite Index was up 15.96% YTD (vs. up 14.06% YTD a week ago).
Hopefully, Yahoo will quickly correct the problem.
