Yes, what about it? My, albeit sketchy, thoughts on it were

- If somehow we can organize this as a business meeting....a real meeting, a meeting to put together a privately managed hedge fund and

- if something comes out of it, say within a reasonable period of time

- if shares are discussed, decided on....whether it was $100 a share or each person put in equal amounts and so no one party had any more than anyone else

Well, aren't we planning on a business arrangement? If the hedge fund, or whatever it is, is co-managed in some fashion...perhaps we could investigate how to take profits. Perhaps we draw salaries...perhaps dividends...perhaps just roll capital gains...perhaps all....I don't know, it would have to be discussed. That's why the meeting, yes?
