Hmm...where to start....1) What am I doing here? The same thing everyone else is doing here. Trying to exchange ideas with other shareholders. I do not share the same opinion with others on many many topics, and EUTO is just another one of them. However, I will forever defend their right to express their opinions, yours included.
"you wonder why people would sell" ? Where did I say that? There is no doubt in my mind why people would sell! I think the trade logs today made that evident.
My decisions are far from uninformed. Just because I have not been a regular participant on this thread does not mean that I have not done the research, made the calls, etc. Since you really know nothing about me, I question your ability to judge my knowledge or ability to research this stock.
As far as a judgement being a "worthless" piece of paper, I must ask you, have you ever attempted to collect on a judgement or lein? I have, and in the majority of the cases, the party has either bankrupted, transferred assets, or taken some other evasive measure. Also, since the phantom4 are "phantom", we do not know what type of legal entity we are dealing with. For example, if one of the entities is a "family trust", it by nature cannot indemnify, therefore a judgement cannot even be placed! ( Please note, there is NOTHING to indicate that ANY of the entities is that, but again, it is UNKNOWN) Judgements carry a big bark and a little bite.
As of my position this very date and time, to the best of my knowledge it still exists and you did not see it fly by on the tape today. Not like it is anyone's business or anything, but it is not a very large position. (Under $5K) But, I will protect my investment, and if that means selling, that is what I will do. The day you or anyone else here will agree to achieve my financial goals for me will be the day that I will worry about retracting that statement.
I regret that you feel that I am "telling tales for no reason", but I do not think that anything I have said here is any less speculative than anything else that has been posted here within the past 2 days.
And if you feel that an opinion that differs from your own is worth ZERO, it is certainly your option to pass it right on by. Believe me, you won't hurt my feelings at all.
