A slab of the primest prime rib roast, bone-in for flavor, a variety of expertly grilled veggies, some creamy French cheese as appetizer, some very old single malt for the cook to sip as he works his magic, some Amarone whose provenance I have forgotten to drink with main meal--impossible to go wrong with a quality Amarone. Relegated wife to dessert duty, this is a man's job.
