Nanny:

The facts speak for themselves. Cabot has sold off a third of its postition, and OXley has sold off at least 25% (we'll never know about additional sales because they are now below 4.9%)

The fact is simple, we know previously Cabot had recommended holding his shares in non margin accounts to prevent shorting. We also know Oxley until its recent agreement with Goldman also did loan its shares out to shorts. We also know, the short postition decreased by 300,000 shares.

The conclusion is obvious, a short squeeze is becoming less likely.

Why Cabot sold 33% of its position while recommending the stock. IMO, its he doesn't want to be the last one out the door. He'll leave that for the "long term", "heritage stock" owner, like yourself.

Nanny, enjoy this quarters numbers, because after this, its all down hill.
