Canada is being over-run by Chinse right now. I'm between houses and need to rent for 4 months while my new house is being put up and it turns out a young girl in Beijing owns 16 local houses in the western Canada city I'm in. Slight difference of opinion on the rent and damage deposit - her agent who can't speak English basically countered OK at my slight price reduction. I gave the garage door a bump and just happened to see a vehicle that advertised fixing doors the other day. The carpenter Tony cannot speak English just Chinese so relies on his translator Lilly. After 30 minutes of negotiation got his $75 to my $50 - he agreed and did a great jog. The only immigrants that are really doing things are the Chinese and Ukraines. God bless them both.
