Shawn Wallace – Executive Chairman

Mr. Wallace has been active in the mineral resources sector for the past 23 years. During his time as an employee and consultant, Mr. Wallace has served in numerous capacities in both the operational and financial aspects of the business, and has been directly involved in helping to build several high-quality mining exploration companies including Keegan Resources. Mr. Wallace has been the Executive Chairman of Keegan Resources since March of 2010 after dissolving his consultancy to focus his full-time efforts on Keegan. In January of 2012, Mr. Wallace was appointed President and CEO, where he continues to be responsible for guiding the overall corporate direction of the company, overseeing the Board of Directors, and negotiating all financial and M&A activity. He is also currently the Chairman and a Director of Cayden Resources and of Stratton Resources.

Tony Ricci – CEO and Director

Tony Ricci is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly with public companies listed on Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges. Mr. Ricci is currently Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Keegan Resources Inc. (TSX: KGN, NYSE: KGN). He was formerly a director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc., and CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $1 billion. He is also a former director and officer of various other listed companies and was formerly with KPMG and AMEC Engineering Inc.

Projects - Georgetown's corporate and technical team is constantly reviewing mineral resource properties at various stages for potential acquisition.
