I'm thinking if you beat someone to death with a hammer you can get mental health support in jail. I really don't want that guy out again. I've always had a problem with the fact that premeditated killings are punished more than rage killings. IMO it should be the opposite. We have some chance stopping premeditating killers- many of them are logical, and they're killing for money. At least that's predictable. But the rage killers? Time bombs with an unknown fuse. Should be in prison for the rest of their lives.
