Looks like you put a lot of thought into that list. In any event, that's the sort of thing I was thinking about.

A percentage of the pot you manage for that kind of direction...a percentage for the way KH does stuff, if he has interest....and so on.

We would need at least $100,000 however...best guess. Better would be $250,000.
