How do you think all of that will play out? As we talked privately I agree the latest bubbles creating excesses be it very expensive housing in gateway cities, overreach in higher education borrowing, and excess risk taking for yield by pension and insurance companies will someday collapse for sure IF/WHEN rates do move up substantially. Maybe playing out already in Toronto and Vancouver RE even with these rates.. Bernanke is a genius as the right wing always fail to comprehend if everything collapsed at the same time basically from mid 2007 to late 2009 coupled with do nothing divided congress since 2010 we'd certainly have had a great depression 2 instead..
