To All, Here are the questions I have collected so far for JP, Larry and I to follow-up on during our 12/17 visit: 1. At the time of the AMCI/TMM merger what were the AMCI revenues and do any of those revenue streams still exist? 2. Do you know who is selling large quantities of TMM stock? Is it Tony Papalia or MM naked shorting or ? - Any special strategies for getting the stock price up? 3. What is the current status of TMM's relationship with MCI, Iterated, Altamira and others who may owe TMM money or services? - Lawsuits or negotiation status? 4. Do you think a reverse split is going to be needed? 5. What are the goals and direction for the company? Is there a business plan? - 6 month, 1 year, 5 year plan? 6. Can TMM survive with current cash reserves and loans until revenues from products are in place? 7. Can TMM's technology support 30 FPS video conferencing now? If not now than when? 8. Is there any news on Taylor Kramer? 9. Is TMM doing all work in-house? - Is SMG still handling distribution? 10. What are the new products and projects TMM is working on? When might they reach the sales and revenues point? - What is the new target date for Trudef release? - Any special marketing plans or sales targets for Trudef? - Any progress on the DVD compression services center concept? 11. Are there specific applications for which Trudef technology is currently being customized for or incorporated in? 12. Is the entire Microsoft rumor a joke or is there any truth to it? 13. What licenses, if any, does TMM currently have from other companies to use their technology (ex: Codec)? 14. What licenses, if any, do other companies have to use TMM technology? 15. What are the arrangements with the Presley estate concerning the Virtual Graceland CD and are there any plans for working with their merchandising arm? 16. Are there still plans to acquire Big Play Sports and integrate their products and services into TMM? 17. When would be a good date be to hold a shareholder meeting? Note: Some of the answers to these questions are clearly not postable for legal or competitive reasons but we will bring back all the information we can. Bruce
