Bob,

I finally had a chance to try some of your suggestions. I didn't have much luck making Internet Explorer go any faster (although clearing the disk cache might have helped a little). However, after going back to Netscape Navigator and reducing the size of both the memory and disk caches, I got my post to post time down to the sub 5 second range (typically 3-4). This is a heck of an improvement from 20-30 seconds before! It's also during fairly heavy net usage time so I suspect it could be even better in the middle of the night.

So, thanks for the assist. Guess some of are just slower than others (yes ... pun intended :-)).
