The guy who killed my brother -- a drunk hit-and-run driver who might have saved Mike's life had he not backed over him and left him to die in a ditch -- was released after two years of a 10 year sentence. A month ago the man was charged with intentionally ramming a car in a parking lot. Our priorities are totally screwed up.
