Of the 5 guys I knew best in high school only one guy became a parent and he had one son and I have a son and daughter. So of the 6 of us, we had 3 kids and everybody except one guy has been married and he lived with a woman for 20 years. That's probably below average, but it still amazes me. As for the declining worker to recipient ratio for SS, the only thing the government can do is print more money.
How can 2 workers possibly pay retirement benefits and health benefits for one retiree year after year?
The short answer is they can't.
