Looking at the timeline for the first Tees Valley plant, an order for a gasifier for a second plant in 2013 looks doable. It was a year between the time TV-1 got planning approval and when the formal go forward decision was announced. APD held an information fair for the community in regard to the second plant in October and said at that time that the plan was to submit the planning application within a few months, which would be around the beginning of the year. Given that this time around the Council is intimately familiar with the involved parties and the type of plant being proposed and given the preparation work done in the community and the number of jobs it will create, it seems reasonable to believe that the application will be dealt with expediently. With the benefit of the experience gained in doing TV-1, it seems likely that TV-2 will be able to be built more quickly. If the plant is more or less the same as TV-1 (just guessing) then the engineering for it is largely complete, I would think.
