Mike Millis called me back .....

Ok I was off about reverse split info.
TraderGreg was right - direct wording is off proxy item 5.
It came up because of a shareholder question.
It really is a legal issue not any current policy issue,
Mike said he would clear up that and everything else soon.
Maybe through Florida PR firm.

So I hope I got it right now.
I felt I needed to get the info straight from Mike Millis the spokeman.
(spokeman, not financial advisor like the first thread said)
It is a big responsibility giving you this info,I admire those who report back more now. I don't want to make any mistakes, but some
of the rumor junk going around wasn't helping.

Mike encourages calls, so far he isn't too overwhelmed.
He is very upbeat about the meeting and has been very helpful
in answering questions.
