MRVL went under 7 today I remember not to long ago selling @ 8; I told you I have a crystal ball with this name. They announced an additional 500M buyback and it was all rosy last week and I was like errrrr I might not get a second chance. Today the opposite a lawsuit that might threaten not only the buyback, cash and the dividend we might even see what every investor hates dilution in a worst case scenario. Looks like there will be clouds over this name for the foreseeable future so I passed for now and not really excited about it like I was before because of the lawsuit. Looks like my potential investing list got a little smaller.
