Yes, lots of research for me before a decision. The majority of my family and friends are using an IPhone and tease me about my old Palm. Most people jumped on the IPhone band wagon without much thought of their phone needs. Opinions I get is to go with the 4 as the 5 is $200 more and didn't offer that much improvement. A smart phone is a definite, but beyond that there are so many ways to go so I'll take my time.
