Nokia Lumia 510 received second Windows Phone 7.8 ROM update December 28, 2012 \| By Surur wmpoweruser.com If there is any doubt Windows Phone 7.8 is still a work in progress the news of Nokia is pushing out a second ROM update for the Nokia Lumia 510, which ships with the OS, should erase it. New firmware for the handset has just appeared on Navifirm which takes the OS from firmware version 12460 to 12490. There is no word on what’s new with this build, but presumably at the very least it brings performance and stability tweaks. Have any of our readers flashed the new ROM? Let us know what’s new below.
