Jan, Thanks for your response. With all the downgrades, I'm seeing a higher likelihood of S3 under $6. If that happens (given the present uncertainties of the chip market) it would seem speculative to buy back in even at those levels...or am I missing something here? S3's tight lipped PR is maddening. I can't understand this. What's happend to them with their surreptitious management style now appears prophetic and richly deserved. Onward, George
