<control the tea party contingency> That is sort of like herding cats. The defining thing about the Tea Party is that it isn't a party at all - it has no platform or uniform agenda other than some vaguely anti-government, anti-tax, anti-immigrant, anti-minority and pro-gun sentiments. The stereotypical bagger in my neighborhood is an old white guy with a bus-sized motorhome pulling a Jeep Grand Cherokee, sucking down a pension with full Social Security and headed out to the local national park on the interstate highway system. Can they shout "irony" any louder?
