I know this much; it's going to be a good fight. Lamond is a competitor and from what I understand Rick MacDermott is too. I believe a white knight will surface. I never understood how a company could say they are paying above fair value for another company. That wouldn't be good business, so Sunoma has to feel there is greater value than that in Orbit. I believe Orbit was undervalued before, based on cash flows and exploration potential. It is also important to realize that to a company that shares common land holdings, such as Ranger, the value of Orbit is likely even greater. Whether Ranger wants to deal with Lamond again is another story.
