They're very loyal useful idiots, and the (R)'s control them with the "issues" they support. Pro-life, 2nd amendment rights, anti-immigrant, subtle racism, pro-military, tax haters, etc. You'd have to watch Fox "News", listen to Rush Limbaugh and read con websites all the time to get it.
