Hi Dennis... thanks for the AZ update... Arizona is a different kind of place and the people are very independent, as per some of the remarks made by the "Tucsonians" and I think there is a bit of rivalry I detected between folks who live in Tucson and Phoenix. All in all sounds like a neat mall and big too. Funny how everyone is competing to have the "biggest mall in Phoenix!). Anyway, I have passed the word on to my brothers out in Calif. and Nevada who are going to RV down in AZ this month and told them that they MUST stop by the new Rainforest Cafe and see the new Mills mall in Tempe. This whole eatertainment segment of the restaurant business is really getting to be an exciting place to invest, and of course esp. with all the new developments in RAIN!

Regarding the Sparky Fund, I consulted with the fund manager and he tells me that is will be "open" for a while longer, but better hurry as he indicates (woof) that it may "close" any time now (woof woof!). He has been reading all he can about Warren Buffett and the boys!! His most recent memorable quote "don't put all your bones in one basket". He like RAIN and IOM at the present time and suggests that SYQT might be a good short candidate...and BTW I think he's also long on Purina and Petsmart... All best wishes, Mel, Kathy and Sparks
