and it is prophesized in The Book of Durro...
... and a great plague will descend upon the land. There will be odors
and chicken fat, mingled with blood. And it shall come to pass, that a
shorting demon shall spead woe and despair amongst the homeless and odorous,
and there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth.
But out of the darkness, shall rise four riders and yea, they
shall ride out across the land to do combat with the demon whose
foul name is Shorty.
The 1st rider shall be clothed in scented cowboy boots, and shall ride
across the land on a horse spreading the smells of heaven across the
foul, desolate land.
The 2nd rider, as black as oil, shall go forth and make holes in the ground,
and share the bounty of natures harvest amongst the faithful disciples.
The 3rd rider, at quite reasonable interest rates, will provide shelter
and protection for those who cry out, "Gooooooooooo C$MA !!!" and who sign
below all that insignificant little writing at the bottom of the contract.
And behold, the 4th rider on his white horse of goodness and purity, shall
battle the demon Shorty, and he shall smite the entrails from his body, and
cast them into a bottomless disposal well !!!
And the earth will tremble, and the share price will ascend to the heavens
and the faithful will be rewarded.
