The photographer, Enid Bloch, exploring her emotional problems through Socrates and Plato! First (without any qualifications in psychiatry, psychology, or therapy)...she must diagnose Plato and Socrates so that she may get to the roots of her own emotional disquietude!! “…here was an argumentative, annoying, ugly little man” ...“As long as I could remember I had yearned for a baby, and now Plato, through the voice of Socrates, intended to rob me of my future child? (YIKES!) And beyond that, to censor my every thought and action in a totally controlled society?” (YIKES!) “I slowly realized that Socrates had started out life as a badly abused child” (YIKES!) Enid Bloch CLEAR AS MUD!! LOL!!
