6/04/97 -- rumors of not meeting quarter
6/18/97 -- co announced wouldn't meet quarter

9/03/97 -- rumors of not meeting quarter
9/10/97 -- co announced wouldn't meet quarter

12/03/97 ????? Where are the rumors and announcements???

BTW, I've loaded up on gtw dec puts.
