DVN, why do you think NAV should be $80? Just a guess but the stock price dropped because oil prices were falling, fracking has caused over supply of nat. gas which has lowered the price of nat gas. Now companies want to export nat. gas to take advantage of the higher price overseas. But I see this as equalizing prices with overseas market. As you can see i am negative on Oil/gas sector. I think there is more value in other sectors.
