The country could do well with 20 years of liberal democratic control (like in the 30's and 40's) of both houses and the presidency.
Koan doesn't seem to realize that he is talking about terrible decades of global economic hardship, triumph of brutal totalitarian regimes, and the greatest - and by far the bloodiest - war in human history.
