Most momentum players are trading on the internet smaller than 5000 shares. We should be able to see the activities on Nasdaq trader in their December trading data. October activity has some of the large market makers involved. Datek was way down on the listing. Market makers will have a good time; but will internet clearing houses be swept out of business? Unless all the customers will give all the profits back? Better do more frequent technical analysis on 1 minute interval intraday charting. You need two computers, one on 1 minute interval charting, one on internet broker transaction ready to buy or sell at market by the push of a button.
