Definitely seems confirmed now.. Being widely reported in the local news there. Hopefully, the two workers were only taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation and not serious burns.. billingsgazette.com They are saying the tanker truck was hooked up and pumping (presumably) waste oil into the separators.. The three sided building was where those separators were located, so that's obviously pretty serious.. However, they are metal and damage might actually be mitigated to destruction of the actual building.. Only time will tell. Should be a PR out within a few days as this is a "material event" that must be disclosed to investors. Because there were injuries, there will likely be a mandatory investigation by local officials into causation and culpability.. Could also potentially be lawsuits by the injured workers. And presumably there is insurance to cover damages, but if there were obvious safety deficiencies, the insurance company could deny the claim, or at least require and extensive investigation. All in all.. not a good way for GRNO to bring in the New Year.. Thank god there were no deaths (knock on wood pending reports of the nature of the injuries). But call me conspiratorial, but is it just me that finds it rather suspicious that this fire occurs so close to the end of the year, in the middle of winter, and just before the final trading day of tax loss selling season? I will not rule out arson/sabotage until I see further information. It's just my gut feeling at this time.. Hawk
