It certainly looks like DHS is going to continue the BioWatch program as the Heritage Foundation recommended in their July brief I posted. And this solicitation from DHS is dated 12/18/2012. Looks like they are still interested in the detection of biological agents! And we already know PSID has the best detector and the best partner...Boeing. Read this; "“The measures of success are determined by the positive influence that the deliverables have on biological agent threat awareness, prevention of and protection from a biological agent incident, surveillance and detection during a biological incident, and response and recovery from a biological incident,” the DHS announcement said." bioprepwatch.com
