Great is the wrong word for Romo. He was good but far from great. His lack of success in games that manner is downright awful.

I like to reserve "great" for the best QB's. McNabb was a good QB but not a great one. In the NFL today, the great ones are Mannings, Brady, Big Ben, Rogers, Brees. They are young QB's who could be great RG3, Luck, etc.

I think Romo comes back only for one reason - there is a severe lack of starting QB talent in the NFL. The 2013 draft is very thin at QB as well.
